Very rare to find this much space in this price range. Great unit close to Harvard. Heat is not included (by gas). Updated kitchen and bath - very nice. The bedroom sized top floor has funky, angled ceilings that are low - but it is a HUGE room. The ceilings in the top floor room are tall enough for most people to walk in the middle of the room, but they angle down steeply. This room could be used as a bedroom but it is ideal as a bonus room or huge home office/ studio space. The bedroom on the main floor is very large and has a small study off of it. Space and location are GREAT. The apartment was renovated in summer 2021 and is VERY nice. It is an incredible 1++ that could be up with two studies. (Reference #122127)
