4 Large Rooms. Extra large living room + dining room and eat in kitchen is also big. Kitchen is in good shape but is older with limited cabinets - but it has a large pantry. Big bedroom. Bathroom is in good shape but has a claw foot tub. No laundry on site and absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit on the property and no animals - there are elderly family members of the landlord living below and smoke or pet dander is not good for them.
